He always looks forward to his lessons, and we’ve noticed a real improvement in his ability to read sheet music and some times playing with two hands. It has been wonderful to see his interests growing in music because of this class. I was really hoping if there was a recital every 6months so that he was looking forward for some performance. Google ReviewI attended a Piano masterclass by Andreas Koing a world class german pianist who facilitated the students and shared insights on western classical music. It was truly a remarkable experience for all budding learners. ✨ Andreas shared so many nuanced insights about placement of hands, which fingers to use for certain subtle effects and also detailed and precise feedback for even the advanced learners. He shared about the instrument as well, the grand piano and urged all students to get access or have a piano and practice at its natural resonance. 🎹 Later I met a student who learns at the center and the amount of progress he has achieved in 11 months was astonishing. 🫣 He played a famous peice by Chopin with such maturity and ease. He was sharing how his favorite anime series' storyline which has musicans inspired him to take up the piano. We had an enriching conversation about Music and its purpose and value.💖 Truly thanks to FSM ❤️ for arranging such value added sessions for teachers and students alike. Everyone who is serious about music and music education must attend them throughly. 🙌
Google ReviewThe recital was a very enriching experience for both Ray and Reeva . They have learnt how to play in a band , team work and great showmanship. Great confidence booster too ! Was very well organised and the venue was well selected . A little brighter lighting on stage and arrangement of instruments like Piano and Keyboard would have been nice , so all participants can be seen better . Other than that , very happy and look forward to many more opportunities . Thank you to Sudipa , Nikhil , Prateek, Kannan and Avalino for all their efforts .
Google ReviewLearning guitar since around a year and am happy with d teaching. Though I'm bit slow at picking up but I can tell d progress I've made. Moreover we are taught a mix of theory and songs so it's a good balance. Before lockdown had done 2 years of western vocals and that was also excellent! Only wish fees were bit less so can do 2 things like singing n guitar at same time.. like maybe some discount can be given to students doing 2 courses or older students (who've continued over 2years or something). Also Sudipa the person in charge at napean sea rd branch is a very friendly and good sweet soul! Thanks furtados 🙏🎵 Ps- oh they also have herbal tea free in d pantry 🤪
