Art and me

S.Balachandran is a passionate artist since his early years and has more than 45 years of experience in the field. He has been teaching drawing and painting to children and adults for more than 15 years. As a self-taught artist, he has strengthened his drawing and painting skills and techniques over the years by way of observing nature, participating in art exhibitions, visiting numerous art museums and exhibitions across the country and abroad, observing the works of great masters and experimenting with various mediums and techniques. He has done several commissioned paintings and many of his paintings have been bought by art lovers. His teaching methods focus on strengthening the basics of drawing and painting techniques in various mediums that are essential for students in learning and developing their artistic skills. His art courses are designed keeping in view the age group and skill levels of students. Undergoing these courses would enable the students to comprehend and practice all aspects of drawing and painting in a comprehensive way and help them to develop further as versatile artists.
