The speech & drama course improves Public Speaking skills and Creative Expression in speech as well as writing, among children. It will build your child’s confidence and creativity, as he/she expresses his/her thoughts & ideas fluently in both spoken and written English. A range of hand-picked activities ensures that children stay motivated to explore English and learn. Children’s vocabulary gets enriched as they learn techniques to remember new words and use them in their own contexts. Dialogues and role plays enhance children’s confidence to speak fluently, as well as their pronunciation. Participating in debates and book reviews helps children form opinions and present their arguments in a logical manner. Children’s creativity is stimulated through storymaps and advertisements. Your child will be engaged in a variety of speaking and comprehension assignments throughout the duration of the course. In addition, grammar assignments will also be provided.
