ABOUT THE COURSE
- Introduction to Understanding and recognizing notes on fretboard.
- Learning to read Treble & Bass clef with Grouping note values and Accidental Notes.
- Advanced Techniques for picking and fingering
- Lessons and slightly advanced Tunes using open strings , fretted notes and chords.
- Exercises and composition activities in Treble and Bass clef to ensure confidence in performance
- Performance pieces and workout to be played along with backing tracks

- Introduction to techniques, finger dexterity exercises, workout pieces and fundamental music theory
- Introduction to grouping note values, beaming, advanced rest symbols and accidentals
- Learning two octave scales and introduction to open chords
- Understanding basic elements of sheet music like Time signature, Key signature & Accidentals

- Learning more scales sequences using note skipping and rhythmic groupings
- Learning music theory concepts for scales and their formation
- Introduction to guitar strumming and related techniques
- Introduction to basic arpeggios and broken chords
- Learning advanced compositions from the curriculum
- Introduction to rhythm reading and sight reading on the all the guitar strings

- Learning advanced composition skills and fundamental western harmony concepts
- Exercises and workouts for sight reading across all strings
- Chordal exercises for rhythmic fluidity in playing using backing tracks
- Basic arpeggio exercises in one octave
- Introduction to basic improvisation and soloing concepts when playing in a band setting.
- Learning advanced songs and compositions from the curriculum and advancing from Grade-2 to Grade-5
