1.Structured Band Formation
Students will be grouped into bands based on their skill level and instrument (guitar, drums, keyboard, vocals, etc.).
Each band will consist of 4–6 learners to ensure balanced musical collaboration.
2. Online Mentoring by Experienced Musicians
Bands will be mentored through live online sessions by experienced FSM mentors.
Mentors will guide students on band coordination, arrangement, and performance preparation.
3. Band Rehearsal Techniques
Students will learn how to rehearse effectively as a band, even in an online environment.
Focus on timing, rhythm synchronization, and listening to fellow musicians.
4. Song Arrangement and Structure
Understanding song structure (intro, verse, chorus, bridge).
Learning how different instruments complement each other in a band.
5. Rhythm and Groove Development
Training on playing in tempo with a metronome or backing track.
Developing tight rhythm and groove between drums, bass, and melodic instruments.
6. Musical Communication
Students will learn how band members communicate musically through cues, dynamics, and transitions.
7. Performance Skills
Preparing students for live band performances and showcases.
Training in stage confidence and performance discipline.
8. Creative Expression
Encouraging students to experiment with improvisation and musical ideas within the band.
9. Individual Responsibility in a Band
Each student will learn their role and responsibility within the band setup.
Focus on practice discipline and preparation before rehearsals.
10. Showcase Preparation
Bands will work towards recorded or live showcase performances organized by FSM.
