At Furtados School of Music, we aim to extol the essence of Indian Classical Music among young amateur singers as we introduced them to Hindustani vocals through our courses. Our course is designed in a systematic manner as we secure a strong foundation for all our amateur learners, by introducing them to the basics as well as the technicalities of Indian classical music. Their in-depth knowledge of Hindustani vocals will provide them with a rich repertoire of music along with the ability to comprehend other genres as well. Students will be able to get a strong hold over Bollywood music along with developing their own individual style of singing. Our courses are tailored to suit every child’s musical needs, as we guide them along the path of attaining proficiency and sophistication from the best in the field. Under the guidance of trained teachers, they will be able to grow into accomplished musicians with a developed sense of creativity and artistic flair. As they passionately immerse themselves in the learning process, they will develop a refined vocal range which will enable them to hit all their notes with great ease and precision. Our Hindustani vocals course is designed for every amateur singer as well as intermediate level learners and has the power to guide an advanced learner too. The course begins with introducing our students to the basics of the Indian classical music system along with a plethora of voice training exercises called Alankaras Paltas. Students will also be taught different aspects of Indian Classical Music which include Aroha, Bandish, Aalap, Tana, Raag Bhoop, and Yaman.
