Same as a person below. I don't know if they care about subscriptions at all. I have gone to their centre three times over the last 12 months. Nobody calls back and nobody engages. I am not particularily sure if this is some tactic to turn back customers.. Phone numbers are unreachable, people are unresponsive. So now I don't know if my course experience is going to be any good, that's assuming they want to enroll people.

Update: I have no idea whether FSM runs franchisee centers or Company owned.. but whoever is the "owner" responding to this review, please take a small task. Try and call your number mentioned in the answer; anytime of the working day, any day of the working week and see if you can get connected even after 5 minutes of waiting. You dont have center numbers on the website. The only way to know is to go to the centre and the occasional person there is clueless on what's going on. I just called a call from the "head office" who mentioned that seemingly this centre is "closed"... Then "close" it completely and say we arent taking any more students

Very mixed experience so far. I went to the school and had an engaging conversation with Aditya and Peter who are the instructors. This was very good. My intention was to pay and enroll. However, there was no one at the center who could help me with that. I was given a number of Sudeepa from the sales team who answered my call and said she will call back but never did. Then I tried contacting the number on Google Maps but it's not working. Then I went over to the website to find some contact points and came across the details of the centre manager Pooja Bhatia, whose phone was switched off.

I reached out with the intention to pay and get started but the sales and admin team at FSM doesn't seem interested.
